DC 24V 12V Truck Air Conditioner R3 is a traditional type, launched in 2021. It’s much thinner than other types, only 1300mm. It's with scroll compressor, copper made evaporator instead of aluminum, which makes it more efficient. It was designed for China market because thinner rooftop is needed according to China's traffic regulation. Currently it's with 2 fence cold air outlet. It's popular on Middle East market and Southeast Asia market.
With thinner cover, DC 24V 12V Truck Air Conditioner R3 was designed for these places where there is hight limitition for trucks in traffic rules. The slim and streamlined appearance makes it very popular and easy to be identified. For the inside structure, it's with 4th generation compressor and pure copper evaporator. For the interior part, it's with 2 fence type adjustable cold air outlets, 6 button control board.

In using truck air conditioner, please follow the instructions as below:
To set the air-conditioning temperature within a suitable range. Low temperature not only easily causes physical discomfort, but also increases energy consumption.
To choose proper operation mode: Truck air conditioners are with eco mode, sleep mode and strong mode. Clients can choose the appropriate mode according to their needs.
Error code flash on internal machine:
While using the air conditioner, if the following codes display on the screen, they may indicate relevant faults of the machine. Please make the following operations:
Stop the air conditioner and make it power off. After ten minutes, power on and start it. If the code is still there , stop the machine and power it off,and then contact the repair center. (If the code disappears, you can continue to use it)
E01--Voltage is too low - Please charge the battery
E02--Evaporation box fan’s power circulation is open--Please check the fan’s plug or replace the fan
H22-- Air inlet sensor failure indicates that the mode can be changed after returning to normal
H23--Out inlet sensor failure indicates that the mode can be changed after returning to normal
E04--Pipe temperature (outlet air) sensor
E05--Compressor overheat ---After the compressor cools down,automatically resume working
E06 --Condensing fan open circuit 一 Check if the circuit from compressor to condenser fan is open circuited
E07--Condensation fan short circuit --- Check if circuit from compressor to condenser fan is short circuited.
E09--The brushless control board of the condensing fan fails--please replace the control board of the condenser fan
E10--Condensing fan failure -- Please replace the condensing fan motor
E11 The condensing fan is out of contact ---- Please check the compressor control board and the condenser fan wiring for damage
LED light flashing times indicates the compressor faults:
The LED light is located at the end of the compressor
Flash 1 time -- Standby
Flash 5 times -- Compressor case temperature is too high
- Lack of refrigerant or dirty condenser
Flash 6 times - Open circuit of cooling fan- Bad contact of electromagnetic fan plug
Flash 7 times - Short circuit of cooling fan--
Short circuit in the motor or short circuit in the connection line
Flash 9 times - Condenser fan controller failure
Flash 10 times - Condenser fan failure
Flash 11 times - Condenser fan lost contact
Note: If the according flashings of the compressor doesn’t exist in the table above, please replace the compressor control panel

Step 1: Remove the original skylight
Step 2: Fix the water proof sponge along the skylight
Step 3: Fix the parking air conditioning main body on the skylight
Step 4: Install the decorative cove of air conditioner and fix with screw
Step 5: Connect power cable to vehicle battery directly. Pay attention to batter’s positive and negative
Step 6: Start the paring air conditioner with remote control
The red positive electrode (≥10mm2) shall be connected to the positive electrode of the battery (the end with fuse shall be connected to the positive electrode of the battery), and the negative electrode shall be connected to the negative electrode of the battery.
The sponge around the sunroof shall be flat without wrinkles to avoid water leakage after installation of the air conditioner.
A. The power cord is too long and thin, with bad connection
B. No or short of refrigerant
C. In energy-saving mode
D. The fan of compressor or condenser doesn’t work
E. The evaporator or condenser is too dirty or blocked
Turn on the dc air conditioner and check if the high and low pressure is within the normal range {high pressure: 1.2-1.4, low pressure: 0.2-0.25). Select a mode and see if the air conditioner can work normally under all modes. After the air conditioner can run normally, turn it off dc air conditioner
Attention: Refrigerant oil is filled in the Dc Air Conditioner before delivery. After first time installation, do not fill more refrigerant. In case of any refrigerant leakage in using the dc air conditioner, add 80ml refrigerant oil POE68 again. The refrigerant oil must be of high quality.
Before cleaning it, make sure the air conditioner is turned off, powered off and unplugged.
* To clean indoor unit evaporator surface:
Wash the cleaning cloth in clean water, dry it and wipe the surface of the unit. The cloth can be dipped in the water solution of neutral cleaner.
* To clean the core of evaporation tank:
Remove the indoor unit case and blow off the dust on the surface with compressed air.
* To clean outdoor unit:
Remove the unit case and clean the condenser with compressed air. Avoid any bump against the condenser.
If you don’t use the parking air conditioner for a long time, unplug the air conditioner and wrap the outdoor unit and avoid any bump
* To use the dc air conditioner after long-time storage:
Clean the unit body, condenser, and evaporation unit; check if there is foreign matter at the air inlet/outlet of the indoor and outdoor unit; check if the drain pipe is clear; put batteries in the remote control; make inspection and power it on.
Tips:
Clean the dc air conditioner once every month. If there is too much dust in the working environment, increase the cleaning frequency accordingly. Please make regular cleaning to make sure it can run normally.
