Why usse Chevron Rubber Conveyor Belt?

Chevron Rubber Conveyor Belt are preferred over conveyor belts with a smooth carrying surface due to their increased grip and resistance to slipping, especially on steep inclines and declines. Conveyor Belts with a smooth carrying surface are suitable for packaged and unpackaged materials with a maximum inclination of only 15° to 22°. However, steep-angle non-slip belts with profiled surfaces, such as V-pattern belts, can increase the conveyor's load capacity and manage loads to 45°. The V-shaped patterns on the belt improve the friction between the belt and the material being conveyed, reducing the likelihood of material slipping and causing blockages. On the other hand, conveyor belts with a smooth carrying surface are preferred for applications where material transfer is gentle and where there is minimal risk of slippage.

APLICATIONS

Chevron Rubber Conveyor Belt is designed for inclined transportation for conveying bulk material such as coal, sand, mineral, crop, package and bag depending on different loading material and inclined angle to choose suitable cleat height and chevron type to prevent loading material from dropping down.
