Matte Metallized and Coated PET Film is Coated Matte Polyester Film, has the advantages of high haze, low light transmittance, and low surface gloss. It is used as label stock for PSA label, such as labels of electronic products.

Product Description

Matte Metallized and Top Coated PET Film, is also known as Matte Metallized Polyester Film, or Matte Aluminized PET Film. It's made with matte aluminized PET film and clear chemical top coating.

 

Matte PET Film is a kind of Biaxially Oriented Polyester Film. It has medium haze and gloss with a matte surface, which is completely different from glossy PET film. You need to choose different matte or glossy films depending on the application. The Matte PET Film is made of special masterbatch under a complex process. The matte silver finish of Matte Metallized and Top Coated PET Film offers a premium high-grade appearance, providing profuct differentiation in an already crowded marketplace.

 

Applications

Matte Metallized and Top Coated PET Film is commonly used as label stock of opaque / non-transparent self adhesive labels, such as labels of electrical products, to achieve a matte finish appearance.

It could be applied in the tapes, steel lamination and also can be used as stamping foils, heat transfer foil for wallpaper, cloth, leather, photo frame, etc.

Matte PET film can be also used in flexible packaging to achieve matte finish appearance. For example, luxury packaging applications requiring premium matte finish like wet wipes, pouches, chicken bags, potato chips, etc.
