Applied materials: It can stably provide world-class high-quality oriented silicon steel sheet materials (Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Shougang, Nippon Steel NSC, Kawasaki JFE, Posco POSCO, Amco AK), optional material thickness: 0.05, 0.08, 0.10mm Ultra-thin silicon steel sheet, 0.1mm super silicon steel, 0.23, 0.27, 0.30mm ordinary or high magnetic induction Hi-B silicon steel sheet.
Structural features: Because the structure is two halves spliced together to form a closed magnetic circuit, it is an open structure. Therefore, the coil can be produced separately from the iron core, and then the coil is sleeved on the iron core, so the production period can be shortened.
Application areas: C-type iron cores of various specifications are widely used in 50Hz, 400Hz transformers, transformers, reactors, inductors, choke coils, and other electromagnetic components in electronic equipment.
Specification range: It can be customized according to customer requirements.

2. Processing Method:

(1) No cutting, No painting
(2) Not cut, dipped in 1033 paint (heat resistance class 120 degrees)

(5) Multi-section cutting, dipping 4526 paint (heat resistance level 180 degrees)

(8) Green epoxy resin powder coating (heat resistance grade 180 degrees, usually coating thickness 0.15mm-0.5mm)
(9) Black epoxy resin surface spraying (heat resistance level 180 degrees, usually coating thickness 0.03mm-0.25mm)
