We have 100 mesh, 200 mesh, 500 mesh, 600 mesh, and 800 mesh. PEEK powders with different mesh sizes have their own characteristics in application:
100 mesh and 200 mesh (larger particles, about 150-75 microns) are suitable for injection molding, extrusion molding, large mechanical parts, and high-performance coatings;
500 mesh (approximately 25 microns) for high-precision coatings and laser sintering;
600 mesh (about 20 microns) suitable for high-resolution 3D printing and uniform coating;
800 mesh (about 15 microns) is used for ultra-high precision 3D printing and ultra-thin coatings, such as microelectronics and medical implants. Choosing the appropriate mesh size according to the needs can ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
