Waterproof Green MDF

waterproof mdf board is an engineered wood made from hardwood fibers that are bonded together with synthetic resins and waxes under high pressure and temperatures up to 240 degrees. MDF board is dense and uniform, making it strong, durable and environmentally friendly.

Features of MDF waterproof:

• MDF sheeting can be easily glued, screwed and painted to make different furniture.

• Water resistant mdfcan be cut in all directions because it is free of knots and grains. This ensures that its original strength is maintained.

• MDF 6mm board is relatively cheap compared to the anti-bite board.

• Waterproof mdf sheet is easy to clean and keeps your bathroom and kitchen furniture free of germs.

• Moisture-resistant MDF is resistant to deformation.

• Made from wood fibers extracted from sawdust, eco-thinned and recycled wood, it is eco-friendly.

Applications of MDF waterproof:

Water resistant mdf board is recommended for interior applications which may include: kitchen cupboards, bathroom vanities, laundry cupboards, shelving, wall lining (if installed wth a suitable feature joining system) and mouldings.

NOTE: Moisture proof mdf is not designed for exterior applications.

Bending properties: Waterproof exterior mdf can be bent to produce curves for furniture, doorways and/other applications to a minimum radius of 50 times the panel thickness.
