2. Chemical oxidation oxide film is thin, only 0.3~0.5μ.
3. The conductivity of aluminum profile after chemical oxidation is good. Because the chemical oxidation film is very thin, it does not affect the conductivity of the aluminum profile, so chemical oxidation is also called conductive oxidation. Aluminum profile products with conductive requirements will generally adopt chemical oxidation.
4. The hardness and wear resistance of industrial aluminum profiles will also be improved after anodic oxidation, and chemical oxidation will not have any changes.
5. Conductive oxidation of aluminum is not resistant to dirt, easy to leave hand-prints.
