Sand storage bucket

★  Product overview

The equipment is used to store the molding sand through the sand treatment system in the production process and provide molding sand for the buried box molding. The lower part is fitted with the rain sander or the bag sander, which is used for sand storage and buried sand modeling in the production site.

★  Sand storage bucket design description:

① Overall size: 3500×2500×3800/2000×2500×3800/2000×2500×4500mm

② The side plate is 4mm thick, the lower cone is 6mm steel plate, and the cover plate is 4mm pattern steel plate.

③ The upper reinforcement channel is 12#, and the box reinforcement channel is 16a# and 8#.

④ The legs are made of 200*200 H-shaped steel.

⑤ Material level detection device:Testing the sand storage capacity of the sand storage bucket can effectively ensure the storage capacity of the sand and the stable operation of the sand treatment line, and ensure the normal operation of the production line through the linkage control of PLC and the whole sand treatment line.

⑥The guardrail design is made of DN32*4mm welding pipe and 6.3# Angle steel base.

⑦ The ladder design skeleton is made of 6.3# channel steel, and the fence is made of DN25*3mm steel pipe.
