Adopting advanced technology and equipment both domestically and internationally, and conducting professional research and development. The iron core adopts high-performance cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, with small shear burrs and low stacking coefficient, effectively reducing the no-load loss, no-load current, and noise of the transformer. The no-load loss is reduced by 15% compared to manual stacking.

High reliability transformers are equipped with oil level thermometers, pressure relief valves with contacts are installed on the top of the oil tank, oil level indicators with contacts are used for oil level markings in the oil storage tank, and anti fouling reinforced pure ceramic oil type bushings are used for high and low voltage bushings, which can be used in heavily polluted environments.
