Barbed Wire Cage

The use of barbed wire cage is based on the latest 2012 "Railway Line Protection Fence" [Tongxian (2012) 8001] general reference diagram! The atlas stipulates: Railway fences have changed from previous welded wire mesh fences, barbed wire mesh fences and other products to more defensive and longer-lasting: reinforced concrete fence + 0.5m high barbed wire cage protection fence.

The details are as follows:
(1) The barbed wire cage uses blade barbed wire to circle and fix two adjacent circles every 120° with barbed wire connection cards. After opening, it forms a accordion net. After closing, the diameter of the blade barbed wire circle is 50cm. After opening, the installation spacing of each cross circle is 20cm, and the diameter is not less than 45cm.
(2) The blade barbed wire is formed on the steel wire by mechanical pressing of punched steel plate. The blade width is 22mm, the vertical spacing between the two blades is 15mm, the longitudinal spacing between the blades is 34mm, and the core wire diameter is 2.5mm. The blade is made of Q195 steel plate with a thickness of 0.5mm, and the core wire is processed from HPB3006.5mm high-wire steel wire.
(3) The barbed wire cage is connected to the longitudinal tie rod fixed on the bracket by the barbed wire connection buckle. The connection between the longitudinal tie rod and the bracket is made of 2.5mm cold-drawn galvanized steel wire wrapped 2 times and then tightened. The bracket is set at the column and the middle of the span of the 3m span protection fence. For other spans, it is only set at the top of the column. The bracket and the protection fence are connected by a bracket clamp.
(4) The vertical distance between the lower edge of the barbed wire cage and the upper edge of the reinforced concrete protection fence is 0.05m.
