STRUCTURE 1.The machine beam is weld with square steel tube and steel plate. Stress relieving after annealing and finish machining guarantees to keep the surface of guide way flatness and straightness, without any deformation while using. The work stability of the machine's beam is vastly improved. 2.The rack is weld with square tube too. Stress reliving by the high-frequency vibration makes it work stability without any deformation. PARTS OF THE PRINTER 1) The carriage movement is powered by Panasonic AC servo motor. The speed reducer is of SHIMPO from Japan. 2)German 0.1um Jena metal raster and raster sensor. 3) THK Rail Guide applicable 4)The belt in phase uses GATS belt from USA with high strength,high accuracy and low noise 5) Guide screw in Y direction is THK. 6) High-precision metal raster (JENA) from German at Y direction. 7) The motor at Y direction is Panasonic AC servo motor. 8) The speed reducer is of SHIMPO from Japan 9) The cover of platform is made of high-precision aluminum from Japan. 10) The valve for ink between secondary cartridges and print-head uses world-class brand, its nominal bore can reach to 6mm, to make unimpeded for ink . 11) UV curing system uses Honle UV lamp from German. FUNCTION CHARACTERISTIC 1. 8 pieces of 14pl print heads (KM1024), 8cartridges (6C+2W). 2. Closed-loop control at X, Y direction through 1 micro-meter metal raster makes the beam and carriage work more precisely. 3. There are 8 suction controls on the platform. Choose the suction area according to different size of the materials and reduce energy consumption 4. Special processing technology and aluminium from Japan can make the flatness of the surface of platform no more than 0.4 mm. 5. It could provide continuous ink supply by the control of the main ink tank and sub-cartridge, and there are ink level monitor and ink shortage alarm system. 6. The temperature of each print head and the sub-cartridge could be controlled accurately and monitored instantaneously. 7. The application of the ink circulation solenoid valve could clean the heads together or separately, saving ink greatly. 8. Special power supply control of the solenoid valve can prevent the heating due to the continuous use. It can greatly extend the life of the solenoid valve. 9. The unique anti-reverse ink flow protection system can prevent ink flow back or to other ink tubes and reduces ink waste 10. The power of Honle UV lamp is up to 220W/CM, which ensures UV ink instant curing. The power can be adjusted between 0-100% through the electronic rectifier, which could greatly extend the service life of UV lamp. |
