Suggestions for Use

The designed gram capacity of the material is 350mAh/g, and the compaction density is controlled at about 1.60~1.65g/cm3 (adjusted according to areal density and battery type);

Appearance: The appearance of the product should be black powder, uniform color, no agglomeration, no sand and metal debris

Precautions during product use

Ensure that the capacity of the negative electrode per unit area is greater than or equal to the capacity of the positive electrode per unit area to avoid lithium evolution during the charging process;

Ensure that there is a good interface between the isolation membrane and the electrode;

The areal density and compaction density of the electrode will affect the rate capacity and performance;

It is recommended to use the formula "active material: conductive agent: CMC: SBR=95.0: 1.3: 1.4: 2.3" (customers can make a reasonable design according to their own process)

 

Product packaging and environmental protection requirements

Packaging: Vacuum inner film bag packaging + outer bag carton, rear pallet packaging; packaging and packaging according to customer requirements;

Declaration: The product complies with the EU RoHS Directive "Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment", and the content of toxic and hazardous substances or elements contained in the product does not exceed SJ/T 11363-2006 "Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electronic Information Products" The limit requirements stipulated in the "Limit Requirements".

 

Product storage and transportation

a) The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry place without pollution sources;

b) The product stacking should be neat and clean, and the production batch number, production date and other signs should be clearly identifiable;

c) Avoid mixed storage and transportation with items that can deteriorate the product or damage the packaging bag;

d) During storage and transportation, ensure that the product packaging is clean and undamaged. Any product that leaks out of the package must not be returned to the package.
