Product Description
Induction hardened chrome plated rods are produced using advanced manufacturing techniques. These induction hardened chrome bars undergo surface removal, polishing, and induction hardening on the steel bar, followed by chrome plating to achieve high corrosion resistance and meet anti-oxidation requirements. The finished induction hardened chrome rod results in exceptional shock-resistant rods that meet various mechanical specifications, making them highly suitable for high-quality piston rods capable of withstanding harsh environments.
As a professional induction hardened chrome rod supplier, the chrome-plated rods produced by Chenyu have a diameter range from 6mm to 300mm, with a daily production capacity of 30 tons. After undergoing NSS salt spray testing, an inspection will be conducted to ensure that the induction hardened chrome shafting meet the required standards.
HRC52-58 rod undergoes induction hardening can greatly improve its surface hardness to HRC55-60(The depth of the hardened layer is 2.5-3.5mm) and abrasive resistance.
