The diesel heater, also known as parking heater, is fuel heating device, not taking heat from engine. It has its own fuel lines, circuits, combustion heating devices and control devices. Its main function is to preheat the engine and cab of a car parked in a low-temperature environment in winter without starting the engine, thereby eliminating the wear and tear on the engine caused by cold start, and providing a warm driving environment.
The following is a detailed introduction to the diesel heater:
According to the medium classification, parking heaters can be divided into water/liquid heaters and air heaters. According to the type of fuel, parking heaters can be divided into gasoline heaters and diesel heaters.
For diesel air heaters, the heating power includes 2KW, 5KW and 8KW. For split diesel heaters, ABS plastic cover and aluminum cover are optional, 1 nozzle and 4 nozzles optional too. The whole diesel air heater set includes main heater, tube and fittings, fuel pump, holding frame, muffler, remote control and so on. For all-in-one diesel heaters, it’s split diesel heaters plus iron or plastic cover, used for vehicle or home heating (110V/220V).
For water/liquid diesel heaters, the heating power covers 5KW, 10-16KW, 30KW and 40KW. For the input voltage, 12V and 24V are optional.
The functions of diesel heaters mainly depend on control board and LED displays, including timer, Bluetooth, GSM control and so on.
Water/liquid diesel heater’s advantages:

Precautions for use:
When the temperature drops, use the appropriate gear in advance.
The oil pipe joint cannot be disassembled.

Operation and screen display
Manual start water pump
Press loop/pump button for 3 seconds. The screen shows “S一O“
Manual shut down water pump. Press loop/pump button for 3 seconds. The screen shows current operation voltage.
Manual oil supply. Press off button for 3 seconds. The screen shows” P-O”.
Shut down manual oil supply. Press off button. The screen shows current operation voltage.
Turn on the heater. Press on/no button for 3 seconds, screen shows “ON”
Shut down the heater. Press off button for 3 seconds, screen shows “OFF”
Match remote control. When the machine is standby (before start operating ),press start and shut down buttons at the same time for 3 seconds, the screen shows “---“. Press the off button on the remote control, if they match, screen shows current operation voltage.
Quit remote control match. Press loop/water pump button to quit the match. Screen shows current operating voltage.
Dormant/awaken. When the machine is standby (before start operating ),after 5 minutes, it goes into dormant and the screen will shut down. Press any button to wake the machine.
Malfunction. When malfunction code pumps up, the machine will shut down. When it turns off, keep pressing start button to clear the code. If the code doesn’t disappear, check the malfunction reason, or replace the spare part.
Mode for motorhome Setting:standby (before start operating ),press off button for 3 times. Screen shows “L60”, which is the minimum temperature to turn the machine on.
Adjustment :press start button to increase temperature, press water pump button to decrease temperature, press one time will change 5 degrees up/down.
Temperature:When screen shows “L60”, it means operating at minimum temperature. If press off button, it will change into max shut down temperature. When screen shows “H80”, it means current max shut down temperature. You can use start button and loop button for adjusting temperature up/down.
Temperature range:Original setting temperature, water is below 60℃, it automatically starts, if above 80℃, it shuts down.
Minimum operation temperature :0℃-70℃。
Max shut down temperature :40℃-85℃。
For motorhome mode, the max shut down temperature should be 10℃ more than minimum operation temperature at least. If the temperature difference is less than 10℃, the setting won’t work.
Setting save: After the mode setting is done, keep pressing off button for 3 seconds. Screen shows current operating voltage, the data will be saved. Quite temperature setting and machine goes into dormant.
Note :
* When the heater starts to fire on, screen shows current water inlet temperature. When it’s above 0℃, screen shows “C”,when it’s below 0℃, screen shows ”一”.
* Before the operation isn’t starting, it’s allowed to turn off the heater. Before the shut down doesn’t finish, it’s not allowed to turn on the heater again.
* When starting the manual fuel pumping in, if you don’t press off button to shut down fuel in, the fuel pump will stop manual mode in a minute, the manual fuel pump in mode can be started again.
* When manual fuel in starts, the water pump can start at the same time. If water pump and oil pump start at the same time, screen shows “S-P”
Code Malfunction reason and what do you
F01 Fail to fire on:check if oil goes through the tube or muffle the air inlet and start fire again.
F02 Fire extinguish:check if oil goes through the tube or or replace fire start sensor.
F03 Voltage misfunction:check if the power voltage is too low/high, check if positive/negative ends loose.
F04 Temperature sensor too hot:check if water circulation works well, if air in the circulation completely out/ replace the senser.
F05 Fire start sensor misfunction:check the lead of the senser, if not working, replace it.
F06 Water temperature senser misfunction:replacing the senser
F07 Electric valve misfunction:check the lead, replacing the valve

LED Display fault inquiry cause and solutions
Flash once (E01) The voltage is too high or too low.
Check the power condition. Check whether the voltage matches. Charge the battery or check whether the generator is working properly.
Flash twice(E02) Pulse oil pump failure.
Check whether the oil pump circuit is in good condition and whether the socket is damaged. Determine whether there is a short circuit or open circuit in the oil pump circuit.
Flash three times (E03) Flame sensor failure.
Check the flame sensor plug. Whether the flame sensor is short circuited or has lost resistance.
Flash five times (E05) Ignition plug failure.
Check the ignition plug for short circuit or open circuit. If there is a hernia lamp (or other high-power consumer), check whether the circuit voltage is normal.
Flash seven times (E07) Water pump failure.
Check whether the water pump circuit is loose. Whether the water pump has short circuit, open circuit. Check whether the water pump is blocked by foreign matters.
Flash eight times (E08) Motor failure.
Check the motor for open circuit. Check whether the motor is stuck by foreign matters.
Flash nine times (E09) The flame goes out.
Check whether the oil circuit works normally, whether there is blockage or oil leakage. Check whether the oil pump works normally. Check whether the combustion air vent is unobstructed. Check whether the resistance value of flame sensor changes.
Flash ten times (E10) Twice ignition failures.
Check whether there is oil in the oil pipe and whether there is oil leakage. Check whether the oil pump works normally. Voltage low point temperature may be insufficient.
Flash eleven times (E11) Over temperature alarm.
Check whether the water pump works normally. Check the over temperature sensor for open circuit or open circuit. Check the sensor plug for proper operation.
1) The heater is a device that will produce high temperature, so you MUST NOT install the host near the brake oil pipe and other devices vulnerable to high temperature.
2) Since the heater needs to radiate heat outward to ensure the internal working temperature range, the heater host CANNOT be installed near the exhaust pipe of the engine.
3) The highest installation position of the heater host shall be 10cm lower than the filling surface of automobile antifreeze.
4) The lowest installation position of the heater host shall be 10cm higher than the water surface of the vehicle.
5) The installation angle of the heater host includes horizontal installation, which means the inlet and exhaust should be faced to the ground, and vertical installation. Other installation methods may cause heater operation failure.
6) The heater host is preferably installed in the area between the hub cover and the front bumper. And the installation position shall be as low as possible to ensure that the host and the circulating pump can exhaust reliably.
7) In any installation position, the harness plug surface of the heater shall not face up to prevent damage caused by car brushing, rain, and water!

1) We recommend that you install the host between the outlet of the engine and the heat ex-changer of the heater in the vehicle. The water flow direction is the outlet of the engine ---> the inlet of the heater’s water pump (the direction of the central axis of the circulating water pump) ----> the outlet of the heater water pump (the tangent direction of the circulating water pump) ---->the cooling water inlet of the heater (marked with "in") ---->the cooling water outlet of the heater (marked with "out") ----> the heat ex-changer of the air heater in the vehicle.
2) The circulating water pump shall be installed below the heater host.
3) Fasten the water pipe joint with the pipe clamp in the accessory package.
4) The water pump shall be fixed on the vehicle body with bolts. Suspended installation will lead to conductor fracture, water pipe leakage, etc.
5) DO NOT extend the water pump harness. The distance between the water pump and the heater host is specified. Extending the installation of the water pump harness will lead to the possible failure of the heater.
6) Pay attention to the loss of antifreeze during installation. Replenish it with antifreeze of the same specification after installation, and fill it to the specified capacity after the engine cycles for a certain time.

* Remove gas from circulating water:
* After all components are installed, you need to start the vehicle and run it at a higher number of revolutions for a period to eliminate the gas in the circulating water circuit and pay attention to replenishing antifreeze.
* If the gas in the pipeline is not evacuated, the heater high temperature alarm will be caused.
*Important tips*
Due to the high temperature caused by improper installation and operation, the heater sensor is damaged and the heater aluminum body is burned through. The manufacturer does not provide warranty. In case of maintenance, the cost incurred shall be borne by the customer.
1) You need to open the oil tank cover to relieve pressure, then remove the float of the oil tank and install the oil collector in the accessory package on it. Pay attention to fire prevention during disassembly of oil tank.
2) The position of the oil extractor shall be 5cm higher than the bottom of the fuel tank to prevent the vehicle from running out of fuel during use.
3) Some fuel tanks have irregular bottoms, and the oil intake pipe of the oil sampler shall be properly bent to adapt to the fuel tanks
4) It is recommended that you install the fuel pump near the fuel tank. Pay attention to the outlet direction of the fuel pump (the outlet is on the plug side).
5) The fuel pipe is NOT allowed to pass through the vehicle. It is recommended to lay it together with the oil pipe of the original vehicle and fasten it with the nylon tie in the accessory package. Use one nylon tie every 15cm along the oil pipe.
6) The fuel pipeline shall NOT be laid through heating parts, such as exhaust port, silencer, and air conditioning pump etc.
7) Connect the oil delivery pipe with the rubber pipe in the accessory package and fasten it with pipe clamp. The two oil pipes in the rubber pipe shall be closely connected. The fuel pump shall be fixed on the vehicle body with bolts.

1) The air inlet of the preheater is provided with a protective cover. In order to ensure that the heater can absorb appropriate combustion supporting air, the air inlet of the heater is provided with a protective cover. Please ensure that the air inlet shall not face the driving direction of the vehicle.
2) The air inlet shall be well ventilated.
3) The exhaust pipe temperature may reach 300 degrees. Please avoid to install plastic parts or components temperature sensitive.
4) The exhaust pipe must face down to the ground, and the distance from the exhaust pipe orifice to the ground shall not be lower than the engine guard.
5) The interface between exhaust pipe and the heater shall be fastened with pipe clamp, and attention shall be paid to appropriate tightening force to avoid deformation and air leakage at the interface between exhaust pipe and the heater host..
6) The exhaust pipe can be bent at various angles to adapt to installation.
7) The length of the exhaust pipe is specially designed, and it is not allowed to change the length of the exhaust pipe or ignore the exhaust pipe.
8) The end of the exhaust pipe shall be fixed on the vehicle body with the pipe clamp and support in the accessory package.
1) The harness shall be plugged according to the label. Please connect according to the same color under the same label.
2) No extension of any connection is allowed.
3) The fuse shall be replaced according to the same specification. It is forbidden to use large-size fuse instead.
4) Pass through any parts other than the original vehicle insurance.
5) The harness shall be protected from high temperature radiation.
6) Fix the harness with nylon tie in the accessory package to avoid wear caused by vibration.
Off Mode
After the handle is powered on, it is in shutdown mode, and the system time needs to be corrected.
Short press the function key: switch between hour and minute; Left key: - 1; Right click: + 1.
Long press the function key: after the time is set, long press the M key to enter the standby mode.
standby mode
In standby mode, you can set the working temperature and remaining working time after power on. The bottom of the interface displays the timing time of opening 1 or 2 or 3. Short press the M key: switch the parameters successively,
1) system time;
2) Set the maximum working temperature of the heater (maximum 80 ℃);
3) The maximum remaining working time is 999 hours( Set to 999 (heater changes to no shutdown mode)
Left key: set temperature - 5 or remaining working time - 10.
Right click: set temperature + 5 or remaining working time + 10.
Boot mode
When the system is in standby mode, long press the on / off key to start the machine, and then enter the startup interface
Short press the M key: switch the parameters successively and set the maximum working temperature of the heater (maximum 80 ℃);
Real time temperature (display thermometer symbol); Remaining working time (maximum 2 hours);
Left key: set temperature - 5 or remaining working time - 10; Right click: set temperature + 5 or remaining working time + 10.
When using the preheating function, please adjust the temperature to the maximum. When the temperature reaches the preset value, press the shutdown key.
Timing mode
Three startup times can be set. When the system is in standby mode, long press the M key to enter timing mode 1,
Then set the timing time, long press the function key to enter the timing 1 opening and closing interface, and press the left or right key to open or close.
Press and hold the M key again to enter timing mode 2,
Then set the timing time, long press the M key to enter the timing 2 opening and closing interface, and press the left or right key to open or close.
Press and hold the M key again to enter the timing mode 3, and then set the timing time,
Long press the M key to enter the timed 3 opening and closing interface, and press the left or right key to open or close.
Press and hold the M key again to exit the timing mode setting.
After the timing mode is turned on, the power on timing time is retained, and the change state can be re-entered to turn on or off. The power on timing time is not reserved, and the system time is not reserved.
Long press the function key: interface switching;
Short press the M key: switch between hours and minutes;
Left key: - 1 or off (off timing); Right click: + 1 or on (on timing);
Pump oil mode
In the standby mode, long press the left key and right key to enter the oil pump mode; In the oil pump mode, press and hold the left and right keys to exit the oil pump mode.
