FSB fluorine lined centrifugal pump” is designed according to international standards, the pump body is lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) in the metal casing, the pump cover, impeller and axle sleeve are all sintered and pressed with metal inserts outsourced with fluorine plastics as a whole, the axle seal adopts the externally mounted bellows mechanical seal, the static ring is made of 99% alumina ceramics or silicon nitride, and the movable ring is made of tetrafluoro filler, which is corrosion and abrasion resistant. fsb Fluorine plastic centrifugal pumps are widely used in: pickling and painting process in automobile manufacturing; electrolyte transfer in non-ferrous metal smelting; chlorine water, wastewater treatment and acid addition in ionic membrane caustic soda project. It is suitable for conveying any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidizing agent, organic solvents, reducing agent and other demanding conditions of highly corrosive media, and it is one of the important corrosion-resistant equipments nowadays.The FSB and FSB-D type fluoro-plastic centrifugal pumps are made of fluoro-plastic alloys in all of the overflow parts with compact structure, simple operation and low price. The pump casing, impeller and machine seal of the two models can be used interchangeably, which is popular in pesticide, electronics, paper making and other industries.
