CMB particle-resistant and anti-dry abrasion fluoroplastic magnetic pump, the use of ANSYSICEM + CFD, CFX finite element analysis, fluid visualization simulation technology to design a high-performance hydraulic model, the pump body and impeller, impeller and isolation sleeve designed to block solid particles ring structure, reducing particle wear. The support shaft adopts fixed rotor wide pivot point non-cantilever support structure, which eliminates the trouble of shaft drive rotor breakage and provides better stability; the reinforcement sleeve made of non-metallic material completely eliminates the damage caused by magnetic eddy current heating and enhances the operation reliability.PLUSSSiC composite ceramic manufactures sliding bearing parts, which not only resists the wear and tear of solid particles, but also withstands the pumping state of 30min of air operation, and the CMB( L) is designed with a long suspension body structure of the bearing, which prevents the high temperature of the medium in high temperature working condition from affecting the operation of the motor.
