CMB-L Idle Fluorine Lined Magnetic Pump is designed with high performance hydraulic model by using ANSYSICEM+CFD, CFX finite element analysis, fluid visualization simulation technology, and the pump body and impeller, impeller and isolation sleeve are designed with solid particles blocking ring structure, which reduces particles abrasion. The support shaft adopts fixed rotor wide pivot point non-cantilever support structure, which eliminates the trouble of shaft drive rotor breakage and provides better stability; the reinforcement sleeve made of non-metallic material completely eliminates the damage caused by magnetic eddy current heating and enhances the operation reliability.PLUSSSiC composite ceramic manufactures sliding bearing parts, which not only resists the wear and tear of solid particles, but also withstands the pumping state of 30min of air operation, and the CMB( L) is designed with a long suspension body structure of the bearing, which prevents the high temperature of the medium in high temperature working condition from affecting the operation of the motor. The pump has unparalleled advantages of similar fluoroplastic magnetic pumps, such as particle resistance, dry wear resistance, high efficiency and energy saving, stable operation, quiet and low vibration, high reliability, long life, etc. It breaks through the traditional limitations of the use of fluoroplastic magnetic pumps, and it is the ideal environmentally friendly conveying equipment for strongly corrosive, poisonous, volatile, flammable and explosive, organic solvents, and precious liquids.
