PE Mechanical Protection Outer Tape Description

The MENGSHAN® 955 PE Mechanical Protection Outer Tape is cold applied tape coating system for the protection of steel pipelines. The outer mechanical protection tape consists of a polyethylene backing and a butyl rubber adhesive layer. The PE Mechanical Protection Outer Tape is engineered to assure a high bond to the MENGSHAN® 10191027 primed surface with excellent conformability. It shall be applied after primer and before outer mechanical protection tape.
